Pure Technologies Ltd. says it is starting a new business unit dedicated to providing a geographic information system(GIS)-based surveillance and alarm management solution. PureTech Systems Inc. will supply physical outdoor intrusion detection and proactive alert notification systems to the security market.
Peter Paulson, CEO of Pure Technologies, announced the appointment of Larry Bowe Jr. as president of PureTech Systems. Bowe comes to PureTech from Verint Video Solutions (previously Loronix), where he held the position as vice president of business development. Prior to that, Bowe was the director of global solutions development for the Homes and Buildings division of Honeywell.
