ATLANTA — Full-service fire protection, life safety and service service provider Pye-Barker Fire & Safety has acquired Tacoma, Wash.-based fire suppression company Suppression Systems, Inc.
The acquisition “builds on Pye-Barker’s recent expansion in the region, enhancing its integrated fire protection services,” according to the joint announcement.
Suppression Systems, Inc., established in 1976, has offices in Tacoma, Washington, and Portland, Oregon. Its team distributes, designs, engineers and installs fire alarm, detection and suppression systems for customers throughout the Pacific Northwest.
Why Did Pye-Barker Acquire Suppression Systems?
Serving industrial, commercial, marine and high-end residential properties, Suppression Systems, Inc., “has built its reputation on technically demanding projects, such as data centers, power plants and hospitals,” according to the joint announcement.
