QNAP Security of Pomona, Calif., releases the VioStor video surveillance system, featuring a standalone network video recorder (NVR).
The NVR is equipped with a dual-core 2.6GHz processor delivering high throughput rate up to 330Mbps to ensure stable recording and smooth playback of multiple megapixel IP cameras, according to the company.
For an environment where a PC is not needed, the HDMI output and hardware decoder deliver up to 180 frames per second (fps) full high definition (1,080p) video streams.
