LAS VEGAS—Radionics’ D6600 NetCom fire alarm system was given the Best of Show Award, also known as the Innovation Award, by the Security Industry Association (SIA) at its New Product Showcase (NPS) awards ceremony, held during ISC West at the Las Vegas Convention Center (March 3-5). The same product also won the association’s Product Achievement Award for monitoring.
Detection Systems also won two NPS awards. Its DS9370 high-ceiling mount PIR won the Product Achievement Award for Intrusion/Detection/Prevention and its DS7240 control/communicator won the Judge’s Choice Award in the residential products category.
