SARASOTA, Fla. — Rapid Security Solutions (RSS), based here, has purchased the assets of STOP Inc. of Cape Coral, Fla.
The acquisition will allow RSS to “further execute on our growth strategy of expansion into the lower portion of Southwest Florida,” Steven Paley, president and CEO of RSS says. “We welcome the Stop team to RSS and look forward to their continued commitment to excellent client service.”
Chris Stone, proprietor of STOP Inc., will remain with RSS in a strategic sales capacity to help the company continue to grow its residential and small business markets. “We are excited to join forces with RSS and look forward to providing our longtime Stop clients with an increased selection of new technology security products and service, now and into the future,” Stone says.
