RapidFire Safety & Security Acquires Albuquerque Low Voltage

RapidFire acquisition of Albuquerque Low Voltage marks the company's second deal for a New Mexico-based security operation.

ST. LOUIS, Mo. – Fire, life safety and security industry-focused buy-and-build platform RapidFire Safety & Security recently announced the acquisition of fire alarm and fire protection service provider Albuquerque Low Voltage.

This represents RapidFire’s second acquisition in New Mexico and “further establishes a foundational presence for expansion in the American Southwest,” according to the joint announcement.

Why RapidFire Wanted Albuquerque Low Voltage

Established in 2001, Albuquerque Low Voltage “has had a consistent emphasis on customer service and taking care of their employees, a value RapidFire shares,” the announcement says.

This acquisition “exemplifies RapidFire’s commitment to delivering cutting-edge solutions and superior customer experiences,” according to the joint announcement. Post-acquisition, all employees “will continue to be key members of the company, enhancing their presence in New Mexico,” the announcement says.

By leveraging Albuquerque Low Voltage’s expertise in fire protection systems and UL fire alarm monitoring, RapidFire “aims to set new standards of excellence in the market,” according to the joint announcement.

“My decision was driven by the desire to ensure continued growth and opportunities for our employees,” says Chad Lemoine, president of Albuquerque Low Voltage, in the joint announcement. “We found a partner in RapidFire who shares our vision with a deep commitment to our people.
