ST. LOUIS – Fire, life safety and security industry-focused buy-and-build platform RapidFire Safety & Security recently named Jeremy Giauque as vice president of fire services, a newly created role in the company.
With more than 25 years of leadership experience in the fire and life safety industry, Giauque “will help scale RapidFire’s fire services platform and drive consistent operational performance across its locations nationwide,” according to the company announcement.
In this role, Giauque “will focus on standardizing service delivery across RapidFire’s footprint, strengthening technician training and development programs and advancing safety and compliance practices to support a consistent, high-quality customer experience,” the announcement says.
What Did Giauque Do Before Joining RapidFire?
Giauque began his fire and life safety career after seven years of service in the United States Navy. He has held leadership roles spanning field operations, project management, estimating, and service management with Western States Fire Protection and Northstar Fire Protection of Texas.
In 2011, Giauque founded LifeProtection Sprinkler, LLC (LPS), a full-service fire sprinkler and fire alarm company, and led the business for more than 13 years. After LPS was acquired in 2021 and successfully integrated, he pursued his next opportunity in the industry.
