CAMBRIDGE, Ontario, Canada — Access control solutions provider Rutherford Controls Int’l Corp. (RCI) announces the retirement of one of its owners, Tracey Rutherford.
Rutherford, who has worked for more than 30 years in the industry, formerly served as director of operations for the company. In 1990, she opened RCI’s Virginia Beach, Va., facility and worked there for 15 years. In 2005, Rutherford returned to company headquarters in Canada, where she became director of human resources. In this role, Rutherford implemented HR strategies to improve employee engagement and organization effectiveness.
Rutherford’s retirement takes effect August 31.
