Record Attendance at 2006 PSA Security Network Conference
FLOWER MOUND, Texas
Three-hundred-fifty member attendees representing 88 companies, 95 vendors, plus vendor staff, conference instructors, consultants and other industry professionals brought total attendance to more than 800 at the 2006 PSA-TEC (Training, Exhibits and Conference), a record for the event. The PSA Security Network is an electronic security cooperative with members specializing in the design, installation, integration and maintenance of safety systems.
Held at the Pheasant Run Resort and Spa in St. Charles, Ill., the conference offered training for owners and senior managers, sales and project managers, purchasing agents, and technicians. Vendor certification programs available included AMAG Enterprise, Pelco Endura and Dedicated Micros DVIP. AMAG Technology released its new business edition system during PSA-TEC and offered the first certification class to PSA members.
Attendees were also provided with networking opportunities, such as the Vendor Appreciation Awards Banquet and various entertainment and hospitality events. Next year’s PSA-TEC is slated to take place in May 2007 at the same venue.
