Systems integrator Red Hawk Industries has made its 15th acquisition since its 1999 founding after buying Massachusetts-based integrator New England Security Inc. Full terms of the purchase were not disclosed.
Like Red Hawk, New England specializes in the financial institutions market.
“This acquisition fills out Red Hawk Industries’ geographic footprint in New England.” said Red Hawk CEO David Charles. “New England Security will help with our density, improve our service offerings, and extend the reach of our services.”
