PSA Security has moved its annual PSA-TEC trade show to May, and shifted management of the event to Reed Exhibitions, which already mounts the ISC West and ISC East shows.

The show is now scheduled for May 24-28 in Rosemont, Ill., and will no longer conflict with the CSAA/ESA (formally NBFAA)-owned ESX show, which will be held in June in Pittsburgh.

While PSA Security Network will maintain ownership of PSA-TEC, Reed Exhibitions will partner “to provide a fresh approach to the event strategy,” according to the group.

“We are excited to partner with the PSA Security Network, particularly in the management of PSA-TEC, which is a vital event for the security integrator community,” says Ed Nichols, vice president of the ISC events.“ISC’s established background in producing security events and PSA’s strength in the development of cutting-edge content makes for a powerful combination that will deliver incremental value to both the system integrators and manufacturers that participate.”

PSA Security Network also announced it will develop educational content for security systems integrators at ISC West and ISC East. PSA-TEC is an established training and networking event for the security industry, with a primary focus on security systems design, installation, and integration.

PSA-TEC offers training across three tracks – business acumen, physical security, and IT – with courses for a variety of job functions such as senior management, sales professionals, purchasing agents and technicians.
