“As a business decision, there is no question we are doing what’s best for RFI and our customers.  Rapid Response has a robust portfolio of features and services, which will benefit our customers immediately,” said CEO Dee Ann Harn.

RRMS operates redundant facilities in Syracuse, N.Y., and Corona, Calif., enabling RFI to provide monitoring services in all 50 states with mirrored reliability on both coasts.

Harn noted the company’s constant review of not just today’s market demands, but also future trends toward subscription services and mobile applications led to the decision to align with RRMS to leverage their platform of advanced technologies.
