RS2 Technologies, a provider of access control systems, and EasyLobby, a provider of secure visitor management solutions, announce the companies will offer an integrated access control and visitor management solution.
The add-on software module integrates RS2 Access It! and EasyLobby’s SVM (Secure Visitor Management) software. As part of the announcement, RS2 has also become an authorized dealer for the full line of EasyLobby visitor management products.
The integration module allows customers to issue varying levels of card access to visitors, contractors and employees from the EasyLobby SVM visitor form. At the time individuals are checked in or badged using SVM, information about them, the employee being visited, access level to be granted, card number, and expiration date/time is automatically passed from the SVM database to the AccessIt! database, and the card is activated.
Also, when the individual is checked out of EasyLobby, AccessIt! is instantly notified and the card is deactivated. Cards do not need to be preprogrammed and they can be re-used.
