S2 Security Corp. announces that Underwriters Laboratories (UL) has awarded the firm’s S2 NetBox products with UL-294 certification. UL-294 pertains to requirements of computer equipment as it applies to access control.
“We’re responding to requests from a number of our integrators who do business in locales where the UL listing is essential,” noted John Moss, CEO of S2 Security Corp. “Product listing through UL is now part of our standard development process.”
S2 Security Corp. says S2 NetBox products that are designed for wall-mount use now carry the UL certificate and are available for purchase. The rack-mount units, however, are currently under review by UL.
