S2 Security Corp., manufacturer of the NetBox security network management product, is expanding its direct sales reach. S2, based in Wellesley, Mass., has opened a midwestern regional sales office in Chicago.
The office is the fourth opened by S2 in the past year and will complement S2’s existing sales offices in San Francisco, Boston and London.
“S2’s decision to open our newest sales office in the Chicago area was based on the need for a permanent field presence in the Midwest,” said S2 Vice President of Sales R. Todd Smith. “There is increasing demand from integrators for the S2 NetBox product, and we’ve been opening and staffing field offices at the rate of one per quarter.”
Security industry veteran Paul Williams will head the midwestern office.
