S2 Security Corp. (S2), a provider of integrated IP-based physical security systems, has expanded its headquarters to include a new support center in order to consolidate personnel and equipment used in installations around the world.
“We aim to deliver nothing less than the finest customer support in the industry. We’ve gotten great reviews so far, and this new facility will help us continue on that path,” says Michael Welles, S2’s COO and customer support executive.
The company’s S2 NetBox and S2 Enterprise IP-based security management systems offer a wide range of functionalities, including video management, access control, temperature monitoring and event monitoring and management.
The S2 headquarters was opened in December 2007 and united all groups within the company into a single custom-built facility. The space formerly occupied by S2’s support organization will now be occupied by the engineering team.
