Safeguard Security Holdings Inc., a provider of electronic security, announces the acquisition of Citadel Security LP, a provider of physical security guard solutions. The acquisition represents approximately $1.7 million in annual revenue derived from commercial clients in Arkansas and Texas.
Due to the acquisition, Safeguard intends to move the company’s headquarters from its present location in Houston to Dallas. The transition is expected to take no more than 90 days to complete.
”With the recent acquisition of Ferguson Int’l in Tulsa, SYSTEMSgroup, headquartered in Dallas, and now Citadel, Dallas represents a more centralized location for our company,” says Brown Glenn, CEO of Safeguard. The move may result in the relocation of several employees.
