Denver-based Gold Eagle Systems has joined SafetyCare’s National Authorized Partner Program to offer personal emergency response systems (PERS) to its customers.

The partnership allows Gold Eagle Systems and SafetyCare to maximize their service offerings to enhance senior safety in Colorado. Gold Eagle Systems has expertise in installation of PERS and strong ties to the local senior community, while SafetyCare offers a national response center staffed with certified emergency medical technicians (EMTs).

“We like to focus on personal engagement with the family,” says Gold Eagle Co-owner Bob Parks. “Through this partnership with SafetyCare, we can offer a level of service that is unprecedented. This new product helps ensure that people can stay at home longer, rather than living in an institution.”

During an emergency, SafetyCare’s response center communicates with the system’s user while notifying local emergency responders and anyone on the user’s emergency contact list. The two-way connection allows the center’s EMTs to offer medical advice in the minutes before first responders arrive.
