Wholesale alarm monitoring services provider Security Associates Intl. (SAI) recently held a meeting of its National Dealer Advisory Council in Dallas. Meeting topics included: operator training and motivation, standard operating procedures, increased dealer/SAI communications, enhanced regional council communications, activity reduction through MASlink/VRT services and the upcoming SAI Annual Conference to be held Feb. 27-29 in Orlando, Fla.
Participating in the meeting were independent alarm dealers and national council members. Each dealer represented SAI’s southeast, midwest, north central, northwest and southwest SAI Command Center dealers, respectively.
