Security Associates Intl. Inc. (SAI), the country’s largest wholesale alarm monitoring company, has completed the acquisition of two UL-Listed central stations: Alarm Monitoring Services Inc. (AMS) in Seattle and Total Electronic Alarm Monitoring (TEAM) in Chino, Calif. The central stations monitor more than 25,000 accounts and add more than 125 independent alarm dealers located throughout the West Coast to SAI’s expanding Dealer Network. “These new stations give SAI a presence in one of the largest marketplaces in the United States and increased presence in the fast growing Pacific Northwest,” says James Brannen, president of SAI. The company provides monitoring services to more than 360,000 accounts owned by more than 2,400 independent security alarm installing and servicing dealers.
