Samsung Techwin America of Ridgefield Park, N.J. releases the four-channel SRD-480D DVR, part of its HD-SDI analog video surveillance product series.
The DVR delivers real time recording at 720p high definition (HD) resolution for each channel with 1,080p full HD resolution recording support. In addition to H.264 compression technology, the product features a de-interlace function to help delineate the edges of moving objects.
Audio can be recorded on all four channels and the SATA HDDs (up to 2TB) allow DVD-RWs and USB devices to be used for archiving, according to the company.
