Samsung Techwin America of Carson, Calif., releases its 16-channel SVR-1670C DVR with H.264 compression technology. According to the company, the product fulfills the need for a lower bandwidth, lower storage and lower cost solution.
The DVR adds control for pan/tilt/zoom and multiprotocol RS-485. It provides real-time (480 fps) recording and playback capability on all 16 channels at CIF (352 X 288) resolution. The SVR-1670C also comes complete with Samsung Techwin’s central management software (CMS).
