ScanSource Security Distribution announces the addition of Digital Security Controls (DSC) to the firm’s list of product offerings.
“We are very pleased to welcome ScanSource Security Distribution to the DSC family, as it exposes our brand to a whole new audience of system integrators and the increasingly important converging IT marketplace,” said Bryan Watts, DSC channel manager. “Both parties will benefit greatly as ScanSource Security Distribution provides its customers with the DSC product line.”
DSC manufactures control panels, motion detectors, glassbreak detectors, wireless sensors, receivers and central station gear.
“Our reseller customers are becoming increasingly more interested in adding intrusion-detection products to their offerings. And the addition of DSC’s products to our line card will now give them access to industry-leading intrusion solutions,” said John Gaillard, president of ScanSource. “DSC is our only full line of intrusion products and, by working with ScanSource Security Distribution, will realize increased opportunities through our experienced reseller customers.”
ScanSource sells access control, CCTV, burglar alarm, fire alarm and identification products to the dealer community.
