GREENVILLE, S.C. — ScanSource has enhanced its financial services team with two promotions.
Gerald Lyons will now serves as senior vice president of finance and principal accounting officer. In his new position, Lyons will assume responsibility for the company’s financial operations, including reseller financial services, internal audit, treasury, accounting and finance departments. He previously served as ScanSource’s vice president of financial business systems, where he was involved in the implementation, management and oversight of the company’s financial systems and processes.
As treasurer and director of investor relations, Mary Gentry will be responsible for ScanSource’s treasury functions, including managing the company’s credit facility and associated banking relationships, cash management and foreign currency risk. She previously served as the firm’s director of investor relations.
