Secure Global Solutions (SGS) announces it has completed its integration of Phoenix Data Security and will create a new strategic focus on making central stations more secure. The new alarm service will monitor central stations with continuous data collection.
Combining Phoenix’s pioneering strategies on continuous data collection and monitoring with SGS’ backStage™ Manager, a Linix-based server product, will allow companies to monitor all critical equipment and operating functions, according to SGS.
SGS is a new company founded by alarm industry veterans Hank Goldberg, Steve Keefer, Bruce Weissman and Thom Meyer. Phoenix president Bill Brosseau will join the SGS management team as vice president of network operations.
