Why Did Security 101 Acquire ESC?

With ESC’s “strong foundation in advanced system design, integration and long-standing relationships with government agencies and regional enterprises,” Security 101 “will build on a proven record of performance throughout the southwest,” according to the joint announcement.

“ESC has built an exceptional reputation for tackling complex integrations and delivering outstanding service across a broad geographic footprint,” says Greg Daly, chief executive officer of Security 101, in the joint announcement. “Their team understands the regional landscape and the unique needs of organizations operating in the southwest.

This partnership allows us to deepen our presence in a growing market while continuing to invest in sophisticated, scalable security solutions. Joe and Renee have built something special, and we’re proud to welcome ESC to the Security 101 family,” he says.
