Central station service provider Security Central has opened a second facility at its headquarters to better meet the support and training needs of the dealers it serves. The company moved its accounting, dealer services, sales and training departments into a 7,600-square-foot building on its Statesville, N.C., campus late last year.
The new facility includes a large classroom area for on-site computer-based, instructor-led and CEU (continuing education unit) classes. The company also plans to use the area to offer seminars with guest speakers and to enhance training for its operators.
In renovating the building, a new network infrastructure was installed, and walls and other interior elements were removed and replaced.
