Security Network Kicks Off 2006 Sponsorship Campaign

SAN DIEGO
Published: January 31, 2006

The Security Network recently announced the beginning of
its 2006 sponsorship campaign. The Security Network is
looking for sponsors to help support the organization’s
2006 agenda, which is to advance security in the United
States by fostering innovation through collaboration.

Sponsorship funds support the pursuit of regional test-
beds for dual-use security technologies. These funds are
also used to help raise public awareness of important
regional and national security issues at local events. It
also helps collaboration among organizations that have a
stake in a strong national security effort.

“The primary value of becoming a Security Network
sponsor is access to the network’s power. Regional and
national security will only be a reality when public and
private organizations collaborate. The Security Network is
a one-of-a-kind catalyst for this collaboration,” said Lou
Kelly, Security Network CEO. “I invite any organization
with an interest in advancing regional and national
security to join us in our effort and support our critical
work.”

The Security Network recently relocated to San Diego to better serve its current members, potential members and the public at large.
