Security Networks, a life-safety company that provides security monitoring and other services, has acquired all the assets of Central Security Systems Inc. of Ft. Lauderdale, Fla.
According to Security Networks CEO Rich Perry, “the acquisition adds approximately 2,000 accounts and over $57,000 in RMR. Central Security Systems has a great reputation and has provided sales, installation and monitoring services to their customers for over 20 years. The well established customer base, low attrition rate as well as the account mix of 60-percent residential and 40-percent commercial fits in well with our growth strategy of offering a high quality service at a competitive rate.”
