Security Source Acquires Video Surveillance Specialist Martco
WILMINGTON, Mass. — LP Network, dba Security Source, a loss prevention company that provides lock and hardware, video surveillance, and access control products, has acquired the assets of video surveillance solutions provider Martco.
Based in Louisville, Ky., Martco provides video surveillance products and services to quick service restaurants, banks and convenience stores. With the acquisition, Security Source hopes to enhance its service offering to nationwide retailers.
“Security Source has grown dramatically over the past eight years,” Security Source President Justin Wormell says. “The addition of Martco will accelerate our growth in the video surveillance industry.”
Currently, Security Source has no plans to change the structure or operations of Martco, according to Wormell.
