LEAMINGTON, Ontario, Canada – Security ONE Alarm Systems, a super-regional electronic security and automation company, based here, has acquired customer accounts from Homematix Systems for undisclosed terms.
The purchase adds approximately 500 accounts to the company’s southwestern Ontario customer base.

The Homematix buy marks the first acquisition for the company this year, following a deal for Gladiator Security in Windsor, Ontario, in the fall of 2015. Homematix customers will have access to Security ONE’s portfolio of automated and smart home solutions, video surveillance, access control and fire/life-safety solutions.
