Security Partners to Open 4th Monitoring Center in Las Vegas

LANCASTER, Pa. – Security Partners, based here, is making preparations to open a new central station in Las Vegas in the spring, augmenting its national network of three other sites. 

The company said Las Vegas was selected because of its strategic location and the favorable environment for conducting business on a national basis. Security Partners will continue to maintain its site in Anaheim, Calif., for sales and administration, dealer support and to accommodate the continued growth of its interactive monitoring services.

“This is a terrific opportunity for both Security Partners and our dealers, as we will be constructing a state-of-the-art facility to work hand-in-hand with our existing branches in Southern California, Lancaster, Pa., and San Antonio, Texas,” says Security Partners President Michael Bodnar.

For its newest location, the company is converting a former government data center that is already equipped with many of the top security features Security Partners deemed necessary for its monitoring operations. The site is located minutes off the Las Vegas Strip.

During the expansion, the company will rely on its three UL listed, CSAA Five Diamond-certified centers to ensure no emergency calls will be delayed when it brings the Las Vegas operation on-line, says Bodnar. The three current sites and the new facility are expected to be connected into one network by the second quarter of 2015.

“Security Partners is getting even stronger with our newest operation center, adding to our redundancy, and ability to balance alarm load in the future,” adds Bob Schott, director of information technologies.
