STAMFORD, Conn. — Security Specialists is doing its part to help the community this holiday season.
The company has partnered with local charity Person-to-Person to help provide warm clothes, food and toys to those less fortunate in the area, the Hartford Courant reports.
“Everyone deserves to be warm, fed and able to enjoy the holiday season, regardless of who they are, what their financial status is or where they come from,” Security Specialists Owner Daniel Budinoff said. “There are far too many families facing a cold, hungry, bleak and unhappy holiday season, and this charity drive will help change that.”
Security Specialists is a systems integrator and full-service provider of integrated life safety, electronic security, video surveillance and communications systems for commercial and residential clients.
Person-to-Person is a nonprofit based in Darien and Norwalk, Conn. It was founded back in 1968 after the assassination of Dr. Martin Luther King to address social tensions. Since then, it has evolved to encompass community services and support.
