Electronic security contractor Select Security has merged with Hazleton, Pa.-based SecurityNet LLC, formally known as Solid State Securities.
The acquisition, which was completed in late February, allows Select Security to increase its growing presence in the Central Pennsylvania region.
Select Security has offices in Williamsport, Lock Haven and Altoona. The company will obtain the entire base of SecurityNet’s residential and commercial customers.
The newly-acquired accounts will be monitored by Select Security’s CSAA 5-Diamond Certified, UL-listed central station and will be serviced from the company’s Williamsport office.
