SENTROL SCORCHES THE COMPETITION WITH 5 PRODUCT TROPHIES AT SIA’s ANNUAL NPS IN LAS VEGAS

Sentrol dominated the Security Industry Association’s (SIA) annual New Product Showcase (NPS) at ISC EXPO/West 2000, walking off with five of the 11 awards. The company’s AR 435 Range Controlled Radar prevailed in the Product Achievement categories of False Alarm Reduction and Intrusion Detection/Prevention, as well as in the Innovation category for Best of Show. Sentrol’s ESL 560/570 Series Smoke Detector garnered awards for Product Achievement in Fire Detection/Prevention and for Judges Choice for Residential Products.
The other winners were: Easy Lobby – Electronic Visitor Management‘s EasyLobby Solution Pack (Achievement Award for Electronic Visitor Management); ISONAS Inc.‘s ClearNet Access Control System (Product Achievement for Access Control); Sensormatic Electronics Corp.‘s Integra (Product Achievement for CCTV); Automated Identification Technologies’ Link-IT (Product Achievement for Business Services); Telular‘s Telguard TG-300 (Product Achievement for Monitoring); and Honeywell Security Product‘s NEXTSENTRY Stargaze (Judges Choice for Commercial Products). Winners were selected from among an NPS-record 52 entries.
