Sevinor to Receive Honor at Inaugural Tri-Association Awards

ALEXANDRIA, Va.

Ralph Wayne Sevinor, founder and president of Lynn, Mass.’
Wayne Alarm Systems Inc., will be the first recipient of a
new award being presented by three prominent industry
associations. The Central Station Alarm Association (CSAA),
the National Burglar and Fire Alarm Association (NFBAA),
and the Security Industry Association (SIA) are holding an
awards and charity banquet in New York Nov. 4 where Sevinor
will be honored.

At the awards dinner – which coincides with International
Security Conference (ISC) East and the NBFAA’s Winter
Conference -Sevinor will receive the first Triton Award for
industry statesmanship as recognition of his dedication to
the security industry as an active member of all three
associations.

The event will also raise money for the National Crime
Prevention Council’s (NCPC) Be Safe and Sound Program.

During his time in the industry, Sevinor served as
president of the CSAA, was a pan-industry committee
participant and chair holder, and as a dedicated archivist
and curator of security history and memorabilia.
