SIA ANNOUNCES 2001 NEW PRODUCT SHOWCASE WINNERS FROM ISC SHOW

During the 2001 International Security Conference (ISC) and Exposition held April 4-6 in Las Vegas, the Security Industry Association‘s (SIA) New Product Showcase (NPS) awards ceremony recognized products in the program that stood out from the rest. Each manufacturing company competed against a record number of program entrants (58).
The 2001 New Product Showcase winners are: Achievement Award for Honorable Mention—Elpas North America, Eiris(tm) Local Positioning System; Product Achievement Award for Access Control—Recognition Source, Integrated Wireless Door System; Product Achievement Award for CCTV—Ultrak Inc., ULTRAKey(tm); Product Achievement Award for False Alarm Reduction—Interlogix Security & Life Safety Group, Range Controlled Radar RCR-PI; Product Achievement Award for Intrusion Detection/Prevention—Detection Systems Inc., DS835i TriTech PIR/Microwave Detector; Product Achievement Award for Monitoring—Radionics, D6600 NetCom System; Judges Choice Award for Residential Products—Interlogix Security & Life Safety Group, Range Controlled Radar RCR-PI; Judges Choice Award for Commercial Products—Fiber Options, S739DV Video and Control Data System; and Best-of-Show Award, titled the Innovation Award—Radionics, D6600 NetCom System.
