SILVER SPRING, Md.—The Security Industry Association (SIA) has announced the 2026 honorees for the SIA Women in Security Forum (WISF) Power 100.
This initiative, presented by the SIA Women in Security Forum, “honors 100 women in the security industry each year whose outstanding accomplishments and success stories are breaking barriers, redefining the faces of leadership and showcasing the innovative contributions women bring to the industry,” the announcement says.
“This year’s Power 100 selection process was extraordinarily competitive, which speaks volumes about the depth of talent across our industry,” says Candice Aragon, chairperson of the SIA Women in Security Forum, co-chairperson of the WISF IlluminateHER Subcommittee and chief experience officer at PSA.
“The women recognized on this list are leaders, innovators, mentors and changemakers who are shaping the future of security every day,” she says. “It was especially inspiring to see so many male allies nominate their female colleagues, demonstrating that advancing women in security is truly a shared commitment.”
“This year’s nominees encompass one of the most diverse Power 100 classes we’ve seen, with incredible professionals from all areas of the security industry, representing varied vertical markets, regions, expertise and career levels,” said Jenna Hardie, co-chairperson of the SIA WISF IlluminateHER Subcommittee and director of marketing and PR at HiveWatch.
“The thread that pulls them together is the dedication to protecting their organizations, empowering the women around them, and giving back to the industry at a high level,” she says.
The SIA Women in Security Forum will recognize the Power 100 honorees at a special invite-only breakfast before the Day 3 Keynote event at ISC West 2026 in Las Vegas on March 27 at 10 a.m. in the The Venetian Expo Ballroom F.
Attendees will connect with other leaders and innovators in the security industry, celebrate the WISF Power 100 honorees and hear a keynote presentation from Jessica Barker on cybersecurity and how human bias makes us all susceptible to online manipulation and how we can practically apply psychology, sociology and neuroscience to understand how cyber-criminals operate.
