SIA Prepares for 2008 Government Summit
WASHINGTON
The Security Industry Association (SIA) continues to prepare for its 2008 Government Summit, held on the second week of June at the Hilton Embassy Row Hotel in Washington, D.C.
GSA’s Federal Acquisition Service (FAS) Commissioner, Jim Williams, will present his first industry speech as he keynotes the event. SECURITY SALES & INTEGRATION is the event’s exclusive media partner.
More than 200 industry peers are expected to attend the two-day program, which focuses on federal and state initiatives impacting the security industry. Conference sessions include panel discussions on HSPD-12 and FIPS 201 and its potential impact on the electronic security industry, multiple facets of network security, and the promises and progress of Internet Protocol version 6 (IPv6).
