SILVER SPRING, Md.—The Security Industry Association (SIA) has welcomed Randy Clark to serve as its new director of member services, according to an association announcement.
Randy Clark oversees the association’s membership department, directing and fulfilling overall SIA membership retention and recruiting efforts.
The member services team provides member service by “helping companies maximize their membership investment and adds value to each membership touchpoint, including managing membership records,” according to the SIA announcement.
Why Did SIA Hire Clark as Member Services Director?
Clark has more than two decades of association membership experience with a background spanning consumer, professional and trade associations.
Most recently, he served as the director of corporate development for the National Association of Wholesaler-Distributors (NAW), where he was responsible for organizational growth and program expansion through membership sales.
He also led the development of new membership programs focused on individual memberships to add additional revenue streams to NAW’s corporate focused membership base.
“With Randy Clark joining our talented team, SIA is positioned to better serve our members through enhanced engagement and value,” says SIA CEO Don Erickson in the association announcement. “Randy’s over 20 years of experience as an association membership leader will be highly impactful as we propel SIA forward, faster.”
