The Security Industry Alarm Coalition (SIAC) is slated to provide education on alarm management to the Federal Bureau of Investigation-Law Enforcement Executive Development Association (FBI-LEEDA), a leading U.S. police management and administration program.

“We welcome this opportunity to work jointly with FBI-LEEDA, which we consider the leading organization for continuing education related to law enforcement executive management,” SIAC Executive Director Stan Martin said in a statement.  “SIAC and our member organizations have developed substantial information on alarm management issues that promote sound public safety policy, and this partnership will expand greatly access to this information.”

Representing all major professional trade associations related to electronic security in North America, SIAC works through the United States and provides staff and volunteer leadership to municipalities addressing alarm management and alarm response issues.

LEEDA develops and disseminates improved administrative and technical practices to meet the needs of law enforcement executives throughout the world.
