LAS VEGAS — The Security Industry Association’s (SIA) coveted New Product Showcase (NPS) Awards received a good dose of ISC West limelight as nearly 100 entries vied for a trophy in 17 categories representing a cross section of the latest technology and services in the electronic security industry.
RSIalarm Inc. of White Bear Lake, Minn., made a big splash in landing the “Best of NPS” award for its Videofied VIA-Pro Intrusion Alarm, a wireless intrusion alarm reporting and video verification system selected from the Intrusion Detection/Prevention group.
Other top honors included the Judge’s Choice Award for Residential, which GE Security captured for its SmartCom integrated intercom and entertainment solution.
