Sielox, formerly the access control products division for Checkpoint Systems, has entered into a sales partnership with electronic security provider and installer Sonitrol Corp. The agreement will allow Sonitrol to brand and sell Sielox’s Pinnacle access control solution.

The marketing agreement was announced on April 5 at ISC West.

“Our agreement with Sonitrol reflects the type of new business opportunity we will continue to pursue as the new Sielox,” says Sielox General Manager and President Karen Evans. “We will capitalize on the core strengths of our sales partners and our organization to collectively penetrate new vertical markets.”Investors purchased the access control division from Checkpoint in January and renamed it Sielox.

Sonitrol says it will market the Pinnacle product to enterprise-level customers that want to manage their own access control security program.
