With Rhode Island’s new fire-safety law in effect, SimplexGrinnell held a conference for business owners on Oct. 22. According to the new law, owners are required to install fire sprinkler systems. The conference educated business owners about compliance and enforcement of the law.
The one-day exposition gave more than 200 business owners, property managers, enforcement officials and engineers the opportunity to share information about the law and discuss the best action for meeting the law’s mandates.
“As an industry leader and a company with a wealth of fire systems expertise, SimplexGrinnell welcomed the opportunity to bring together many of the players who have a key role in implementing the Rhode Island law,” says Bruce Fraser, director of industry relations at SimplexGrinnell.
