SimplexGrinnell Sponsors Fire and Life Safety Expos
WESTMINSTER, Mass.
SimplexGrinnell is hitting the road to pass along the latest information on fire protection and life safety. The 21-city tour begins Jan. 26 in San Francisco.
The 2004 SimplexGrinnell Fire and Life-safety Series is designed to satisfy a “New Year’s resolution” for building owners, facility managers, engineers, architects, local fire marshals and other government officials to be up to speed on fire and safety codes and be prepared for unforeseen occurrences.
The series, offered to the public free of charge, kicks off Jan. 26-27 at The Fairmont in San Francisco and will visit 20 other cities before the year is out. There will be six two-day expos and 15 one-day fire and life safety
symposiums.
In addition to the kick-off San Francisco show, other two-day expos are being scheduled for Los Angeles (February), Atlanta (March), New York City (June), Detroit (July) and Baltimore/Washington (September). SimplexGrinnell plans to conduct one-day symposiums in the following cities: San Diego; New Orleans; Raleigh, N.C.;
Greensboro, N.C.; St. Louis; Pittsburgh; Philadelphia; Cincinnati; Indianapolis; Milwaukee; Rochester, N.Y.; Las Vegas; Portland, Ore.; Salt Lake City; and Minneapolis.
