Louisville, Ky.-based Honeywellintroduces the SnapPak camera/housing kits, which, in a single box,contain cameras and lenses complete with preassembled sunshields,heaters and blowers.
Seven prepackaged kits with various combinations of camerasand lenses include lengths of liquid-tight flex conduits, liquid-tightconnectors, outdoor junction boxes with blank faceplates, transformers,power and video cables, and all the necessary mounting hardware. Alsoincorporated into the kit are Honeywell’s new L-Seriescameras.
These include two black-and-white cameras that can be usedwith infrared illumination for increased low-light sensitivity, as wellas two color cameras and a day/night model with a manual exposure modein which the shutter speed can be set to a constant value.
