The StealthCam Recluse, a covert video surveillance tool by Nashville, Tenn.-based KJB Security Products, is an all-inclusive recording device housed in a nondescript enclosure. Inside the small black box are a DVR and a motion-activated camera. The recording system uses a SD card for memory; no software is needed. Use the unit itself for playback or pop the SD card into a PC to view the video on a media player.
Recluse specifications include: unit size, 31/4 X 51/8 X 1 inches; video resolution, 320 X 240; JPEG resolution, 640 X 480; frame rate, 30 fps (real-time video); RCA composite AV input and output; and built-in rechargeable battery and A/C adaptor.
