Software House of Westford, Mass., a Tyco Security Products company, has added new features to its C•CURE 9000 security and event management system.
One of the latest features includes predefined alarm response messages, which enable organizations to adapt specific steps to take in the event of any system alarm. Escorted access allows select cardholders to serve as escorts for visitors to help visitors obtain access to certain restricted areas within a facility.
