NEWMARKET, Ontario — Systems integration-based business management software provider Solutions360 has received “a strategic growth investment” from Arizona-based permanent capital investment firm Northrim Horizon, according to a joint announcement.
With this investment, Solutions360 will “accelerate the release of new artificial intelligence and automation capabilities, extend its platform into additional modules that address evolving customer needs and broaden its network of technology and integration partners to accelerate innovation for customers,” the announcement says.
Solutions360’s customer base includes security, fire & life safety integration, audiovisual (AV) and managed service providers (MSPs).
Solutions360 Appoints Nate Gardner as New CEO
In connection with the transaction, Solutions360 announced it has appointed Nate Gardner as chief executive officer, according to the company announcement. Gardner brings “extensive experience guiding software companies through stages of rapid growth and transformation,” the announcement says.
Gardner’s background includes executive roles across operations, sales and finance in high-growth technology companies.
Solutions360 founder Brad Dempsey will continue in “an active leadership role” as chief technology officer, “guiding product vision and innovation,” according to the company announcement.
