In its continuing moves to acquire its franchises, audio verification security provider Sonitrol Corp. has purchased Sonitrol dealerships in Denver and Kansas City. Sonitrol has bought six of its franchises in the past nine months. Terms of the acquisitions were not disclosed.
“The purchase of the Kansas City and Denver dealerships, added to our earlier acquisitions, further demonstrates our commitment to be the verified leader in electronic security,” said Sonitrol Chairman and CEO Kevin Dowd.
Rick Isenhower, a Sonitrol sales manager based in Houston, has been named as regional sales manager to oversee the Denver and Kansas City operations. Account monitoring for both locations will remain with Sonitrol’s Westlake, Texas, facility.
